Adrian’s experience has seen him work across a number of B2C and B2B sectors and geographies. Prior to joining SPP, Adrian spent 8 years working in the media and entertainment sector across manager roles in strategy, data and research.

Productivity improvement program – State-based regulator
Worked with the operations division to identify a series of challenges across multiple teams. Developed a series of solutions with the teams that would deliver over 18% improvement in productivity over the first 12-months.
Growth strategy – Major Australian building and hardware retailer
Developed a commercial growth strategy and roadmap for a leading Australian building and hardware retailer that would double revenue across three key commercial segments in Australia and New Zealand.
Digital growth strategy – Financial news publisher
Developed a new pricing and go-to market strategy for the client. The project required in-depth consumer research to understand the competitive position of the financial news brand, and the media consumption habits of readers and non-readers.
Evolving Audience Behaviours – National broadcaster and digital publisher
Developed a media consumption model to identify and forecast changing media consumption habits over a period of 10-years. The objective of the project was to help the client define a new strategic vision to meet the expected shifts in consumer behaviour.
