Andrew Wei is a Consultant at SPP with key interests in complex problem-solving, business strategy, and government. Prior to joining SPP, Andrew gained extensive experience in the civil engineering industry, with a focus on designing complex commercial structures in regions prone to high seismic activity.

Andrew holds a dual degree in Civil Engineering and Commerce from the University of Auckland.

Technology Platform Business Case Development– State Government

Developed a business case to support investment for a major technology platform targeted at state-wide hazard communication for an Australian State Government. This work articulated the strategic need for investment and projected financial return over a 10-year period.

Organisational Restructuring – Hospital

Explored alternative organisation structures to resolve structural issues in an existing telehealth program with a hospital. Drove the analysis and assisted in workshops to develop a comprehensive final organisational structure.
