• Identified, researched and incorporated all start-up assumptions and inputs, including international comparisons and sensitivity analysis

Australian Import/Export Air Freight Analysis –  PowerBI visualisation: developed a model to analyse full history of any type of goods (imports and exports by category) travelling through every Australian air or sea port:

• Using detailed monthly data sources, allows selection by region, port, good and other categories (in both value and weight)

Major Australian Customer Owned Bank– Financial Analytics Manager:  full time position responsible for all financial analysis and forecasting/budgeting:

• • Designed and rolled out a complete “Monthly Business Review” Corporate dashboard, changing 10+ year old reports into insightful, trend-based info
  • Built the bank’s first ever cost allocation financial model, identifying and allocating all direct and indirect costs to retail products, channels and branches – assisting the bank identify and target it strategic goals
