Worked closely with universities and industries to facilitate increased engagement opportunities and identify target areas for improvement in workforce planning and development, knowledge sharing, commercialisations opportunities and student experience.

Collaboration facilitation – Education and Government

Developed workshops and engaged stakeholders to encourage collaboration between higher education institutions, government and industry to drive improvement in commercialisation opportunities both nationally and internationally.

Process enhancement – Government

Supported the development of an implementation plan and roadmap to create a training business continuity plan within a government body. Undertook stakeholder consultations to evaluate key issues and identified key areas for optimisation.
