Business Case Development  – Go8 University

Developed a business case to support investment in a major innovation and manufacturing project for a Go8 university. This work articulated the strategic need for investment and expected financial return over a 10-year period. Ultimately, the business case was internally approved for investment, which was seen as a key mechanism for delivering strategic outcomes.

Cost model development – Victorian NFP

Delivered a program-specific cost model, which assessed the sustainability of the client’s hallmark program in its current state. This analysis underpinned the program’s business case for future investment and ultimately assisted the organisation deliver its social impact strategy.

Customer growth strategy –Australian Logistics Provider

Drove the development of an organisation wide SME customer growth strategy, drawing on financial, customer insight, NPS and market data. James drove the strategy’s analysis and stakeholder engagement across a complex enterprise environment to secure endorsement across the general manager steering committee.
