Central Operating Model | Large Financial Services Organisation

Articulating the operating model and ensuring alignment to new strategic objectives. Working with department leads to facilitate operating model design workshops and introduction of agile methodology.

Remediation | Big 4 Bank

Developed an end to end plan for the remediation journey of a team that delivered over $4.3 million in payments to over 90,000 accounts as part of a commitment to AFCA. Introduced digital documentation and automation of business processes leading to improvements in developing letters for clients.

Cost Modelling | Government Department

Kenneth assisted in the development of work packages and created a detailed cost model for the engagement that spanned over a 5 year period. This included creating business and workforce models and drawing key insights on costs and potential challenges.

Program Strategy | Government Department

Setting up a new operating rhythm for the SLT and managing the integration and change management of the reform program. This included stakeholder meetings with senior leadership, facilitating innovative and interactive workshops to co-design strategies. Kenneth also developed a model that derived insights based on meetings at CIOG that was well received by the CIO.
