Louise Crowe is a Senior Consultant at SPP who has project managed and delivered numerous projects for clients in the education, financial services and public sector. Prior to joining SPP, Louise spent 4 years working in Big Four and boutique consulting and public policy firms on program evaluations, implementation reviews, organisation redesign projects, and operating model implementation projects.

Louise holds a Gold Medal and First Class Honours degree in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin (the University of Dublin).

Performance assessment and optimisation – Higher Education Provider

Undertook a course portfolio market attractiveness and optimisation assessment for a Higher Education Provider. Produced a report detailing these findings, and recommended interventions to improve the organisation’s performance.

Strategic vision and value proposition development – Medical Research Institute

Assisted a medical research organisation to develop its strategic vision for its next phase of growth. Developed a document to be used in external engagements to demonstrate the organisation’s distinctive value proposition and works to Government, potential investors, partners etc.

Business Case Development – Higher Education Provider

Developed a full business case for a Higher Education Provider to facilitate internal decision making regarding the development of new on-campus amenities, and support engagement with external stakeholders.
