Matt supported the team to develop a view of the SME market for energy across target jurisdictions. - Higher Education | Growth Strategy – Worked with a major Victorian University to understand student growth potential across various scenarios and horizons. Matt completed extensive financial modelling and market analysis to identify appropriate growth ambitions and supported strategy development based on this analysis through consultation and workshops with university leaders.
- Higher Education | Product Roadmap – Created a set of actions to contemporise and modernise a leading university’s product portfolio on a prioritised roadmap. This was developed through analysis of the job market, university performance, and stakeholder consultation on the changing skills required in the Australian workforce.
