Michelle Goldsmith is a Partner at SPP who most recently held an executive role at the Florey as the inaugural Head of Enterprise and Innovation where she oversaw Translation, Business Development and Legal Services. In this role Michelle successfully secured several significant partnerships and investments for the Florey and cemented one of the largest licensing transactions ever achieved by a Victorian Medical Research Institute.

Michelle has previously held senior roles within industry, including as Global Senior Vice President Business Development and Strategy at Global Kinetics Corporation, where she also had responsibility for Australian operations and was Group Company Secretary.

Michelle has extensive experience in policy and program design having held senior roles in the Victorian Government.  She served for three years in various positions at the Australian Stem Cell Centre including as Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary, with specific responsibility for Business Development and Government Affairs. Michelle is a qualified lawyer and is based in Melbourne.
