Tim Morris is a Principal at SPP.   • Implementation Support: Large scale, National digital transformation program. Revision of services to vulnerable citizens / people with disability​
  • Restructured a Digital Transformation Program: Go8 University fundamental needs identification. Restructure an existing multi-million-dollar IT and Business Process reform Program, defined activities needed to get the program back on track, and developed the transformation roadmap.​
  • Data Ecosystem Design: Australia’s leading research organisation for a new managed data ecosystem to enable researchers to collaborate on research projects and gain greater value from research data.​
  • Capability Model: A WoG technical, process and business technology capability model to align capability design and development across multiple State Government agencies.​
  • Sustainability Plan for a computational firm: Supported a University’s computational firm to move from Government funding to new sustainable sources of funding, restructure the organisation, define their value proposition, and pursue new partnership agreements.​
  • Integrated Customer Service Centre Approach: Strategic direction and transformation approach for integrating a service centre across six different professional service units across a Go8 University.​
  • Customer-Inside Digital Presence Launch: Launch a new State Gov services website. Migrated digital assets into the new CMS, tools to manage the content team’s delivery, and managed stakeholders.​
