Rachel brings strong commercial and financial expertise to the firm, and is focused on operational effectiveness. She is a member of CPA Australia. Beginning her finance career at one of the big four accounting firms, she then held financial management positions in Australian Advertising Agencies and one of Australia’s biggest, most successful public relations consultancies.
Camilla is an experienced Executive Assistant, having worked in real estate where she has worked in both agency and service provider sides of the business. Camilla is skilled in stakeholder management, marketing, events, operations, CRM and bookkeeping. She holds a Bachelor of Teaching from Deakin University. Camilla Dowling is EA to Senior Partner Ben Apted.
Carley is experienced in executive administration, with a demonstrated track record of working in diverse and fast-paced environments. Previously working in the RAAF, Carley is skilled in operations management, written communication, customer service, office administration and project management. Carley holds a degree in Business majoring in Management and Leadership, and is currently studying her Masters in Project Management. Carley supports Managing Partner Phil Noble.
Sonya is an experienced Resource Manager with more than 12 years' experience in a professional service firm, working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment within the Finance Assurance Team. In this role, she excelled in providing resourcing support for consulting teams, using her commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills to connect external client needs with the skills, experience and developmental goals for more than 100 staff members, from Graduate to Director level.
Talent Acquisition Manager
Cameron has more than 14 years of recruitment experience, and has worked internationally across the Australian, UK and European markets. With a focus on Professional Services, and Banking and Finance sectors, Cameron has a strong background working within large-scale highly complex environments, managing the delivery of major resourcing programs, from specialist search and headhunting to high volume recruitment initiatives.
Beth is an accomplished stakeholder manager having worked in a large professional services firm for a number of years prior to starting at SPP. She is competent in mobilising and coordinating teams, providing end-to-end project support and working with c-suite clients. Beth has also just completed a Bachelor of Law degree from Bond University. With a strong commercial approach to her work, Beth supports Partners Graeme Chipp, David Mackay and Bruce Bayley.
Marketing & BD Manager
Katherine is a marketing, communications and stakeholder manager with more than 16 years of experience in professional services, delivering integrated B2B and B2C marketing and communications campaigns, sponsorship, brand management and event activation and optimisation. Katherine has a proven ability to lead cross-functional expert teams, with a focus on aligning team projects to business strategy and brand experience. At SPP, she works with partners and business leaders to shape and guide business development and marketing activities.
Consulting Operations Manager
Rachael Shuttleworth manages consulting operations, including contract management, resource scheduling, and the financial management of the firm. Rachael's background includes financial and management accounting, business development and audit. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked in a wide range of industries. She has significant experience in her field of expertise in both Australia and overseas.
