Noel is an experienced strategy consultant with more than 14 years of experience working with senior leaders of organisations in Higher Education, FMCG, Agribusiness and NFP sectors. She takes an evidence based approach to solving complex problems, partnering with clients to develop pragmatic enterprise, growth and performance improvement strategies. Noel has a strong track record of delivering results for clients and brings a truly collaborative style to all engagements.
Tim is an experienced management consultant with 15 years experience and has delivered strategic and business transformation projects with clients primarily in Government, Health and small to medium sized enterprises. These clients typically require an over-investment in effective written communication, powerful analytical insight and stakeholder engagement, which are key skills Tim brings to any client engagement.
Kade is an experienced strategy consultant with a track record leading high impact engagements for SPP’s diverse clients. He leverages evidence based decision-making capabilities and strong stakeholder influencing skills to unite client organisations behind a recommended way forward. A former classical musician, Kade holds an MBA from London Business School and Melbourne Business School, having graduated on the Dean’s Honours List.
In his early career, Craig gained experience in Australia, Asia and the Middle East in a wide range of sectors including property, retail, automotive, education, research and the military. Since joining SPP in 2013, Craig has worked on strategic planning, business case and activity costing projects. Craig holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and graduated on the Dean’s Honours List.
Clara has a background in engineering and previously worked in government leading the development of major infrastructure projects. With SPP Clara has worked across the transport and logistics, sports and entertainment, higher education and NFP sectors. She brings functional expertise in business case development, major projects, policy development and program management. Clara holds a MBA from Melbourne Business School and graduated on the Dean’s Honours List.
Tim has deep experience scoping, designing and delivering digital programs for Government and Higher Education clients. He is an astute strategic and transformation planner, supporting clients in Government, Transport and Higher Education develop strategic and service transformation plans. He attended Harvard Business School Executive Education and was awarded a Dean's Commendation during his Bachelor of Finance.
Paul is an experienced consultant and investment professional, having led consulting engagements for clients including venture capital, not-for-profit groups, higher education, and a broad range of commercial organisations. Paul started his career in investment advisory at Goldman Sachs JBWere and later worked for the Wesfarmers Group of Companies in roles including Project Manager reporting to the CEO of Target Australia. He has a keen interest in governance, is a Graduate of the AICD, and is a Trustee Director of the Robin Campbell Family Foundation. Paul also holds a BA and BSc from The University of Melbourne.
Tim has extensive industry experience as a business manager and engineer in the automotive design and manufacturing sector. Since joining SPP, Tim has completed projects for clients within the Tourism, Education and Telecommunication sectors, drawing on his capabilities in strategy development, data analysis and business improvement. Tim holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
