RETAIL and BRANDED GOODS
Retailers and Branded Goods organisations are under ever increasing pressure to differentiate themselves from competitors, and to find inimitable and strategically aligned ways to deliver profitable value.
Key challenges in meeting these overarching goals include:
- Creating a unique and compelling customer experience
- Minimising the cost base including optimising the supply chain
- Understanding customers - how they make decisions, what are their preferences and quantifying overall demand
- Leading in the digital marketplace
- Optimising retail networks while minimising costs
- Generating and winning customer loyalty; and
- Establishing a pricing regime to unlock value.
SPP has worked with Australian retailers and FMCG organisations to tackle all of these challenges, in addition to completing many broader strategic assignments looking at issues of overarching business strategy and options for growth. We focus on knowing our clients to ensure we deliver practical and implementable solutions that work.
With a strong team that brings deep operational and technical expertise across key disciplines relevant to retail, branded goods and FMCG, SPP is able to offer the experience and know-how of specialist advice within the discipline of a generalist strategy consulting firm.
