- Worked alongside a leading Australian university on the design, build and launch of a B2B EdTech business build, including: Defining and refining a customer-led value proposition, established a tech stack including off-the-shelf and bespoke technologies as well as design of, hiring, coaching and handover to core product leadership team
Transformation
- Led the product-centric transformation of an SME insurance business unit. Designed and implemented an outcome-led operating model, to deliver against an ambitious growth strategy leading to marketing and acquisition funnel improvements creating ~$10m in annual GWP growth
- Led digital transformation strategy development for large physical retailer. Drove the development of mobile ecommerce features providing new sales channel Defined a roadmap of innovative digital engagement strategies to improve basket size. Developed a data strategy to leverage existing and new customer data sources across all channels.
Product Strategy
- Worked with a leading fitness content brand scale their digital direct-to-consumer offering, including developing a user engagement strategy and delivery of initiatives leading to 15% reduction in churn. Embedded an agile marketing cadence, driving rapid experimentation to support customer growth. Established a product operating model to amplify capability and lasting performance improvements within the organisation
- Worked alongside a leading bank to define market opportunities to address sustainability commitments. Leveraged customer research and human-centered design to define consumer proposition driving adoption of energy saving home improvements. Defined business case and validated market potential, highlighting revenue potential and impact on scope 3 emissions.
- Established customer strategy for sustainable livestock feed additive company to provide clear, customer research supported B2C and B2B strategies to accelerate adoption of a methane-abating feed additive. Defined a clear value proposition backed by qualitative and quantitative customer research. Proposed clear paths to execution, which was followed by product launch in partnership with large primary producer
