Assessed campaign design, competitor activity and merchant partnership opportunities to inform a more targeted and commercially attractive customer proposition.

Worked on go-to-market and product innovation strategy for a Fortune 500 FMCG company. Analysed competitor activity, category dynamics and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and inform product, positioning and commercial decisions.

Growth strategy and acquisition assessment – Construction
Supported a growth strategy project for a A$1bn Australian construction services business. The work focused on market expansion, acquisition opportunities and commercial assessment of future growth pathways.

Commercialisation strategy for AI hardware – Technology
Developed the go-to-market strategy for an emerging AI hardware innovation spun out of a university research setting. Identified priority customer segments, assessed commercial use cases, and defined potential pathways to bring an early-stage deep technology product from research concept to market.
