Financial Modelling I NZ Government Department

Built a financial model to forecast the total liability for the client because of their non-compliant payroll systems. This model was used as a template for several other departments to estimate their overall liability circa $1.5B.

Payroll Renumeration and Compliance Assessment

Worked closely with a retailer client to review and process their historical payroll and employee databases. This ensured compliance moving forward whilst determining the remediation payments they owed their employees for their historical non-compliance.
