Developed a detailed financial model that captured 3 growth scenarios to test the return on investment under varying growth assumptions. Additionally, defined the future-state organisational structure required to support delivery and embedded it directly into the model to support the business case.

Worked closely with key stakeholders to map the transition of their online division into their on-campus service offering to capture financial impact of it. Integrated multiple inputs, assumptions, and data sources into a single model to quantify the savings unlocked by bringing the online division in-house. This helped inform the senior leadership group make decisions relating to the transition.

Financial forecast modelling and cost saving analysis | NZ Government

Developed a financial model to forecast the NZ Government’s total liability as a result of non-compliant payroll systems across some of their entities. It provided a consolidated view of their exposure at a national scale whilst identifying and quantifying opportunities to reduce their overall liability.

Supported the facilitation of multiple workshops for a Pro Vice-Chancellor helping to shape the agenda and guide the discussions. Prepared tailored presentation materials to structure each session and drive productive engagement with senior stakeholders. Captured key discussion points and translated them into a concise workshop summary deck to support the PVC’s follow-on decision-making.
