Cian is passionate about building collaborative relationships with clients to drive sustainable success in their business. Cian holds a First Class Honours degree in International Relations from the University of Queensland.

Developed a ground-up strategy for a MedTech start-up, including market sizing analysis, business case, and operating model design. Provided ongoing reporting and analysis to support founders in developing their organisation and attracting investors.
Supply-chain optimisation review – Government agency
Developed an industry-wide supply chain resilience strategy and response framework for a federal government agency. Interviewed over 150 industry stakeholders to identify critical vulnerabilities in the industry supply chain and provided a framework to optimise contingency planning.
