High Impact Work
- Inorganic strategy and transaction support (M&A): Supported a listed financial services client through the development of their inorganic strategy. Followed this strategy articulation with the review and commercial due diligence of a transaction. This transaction completed successfully and is now in implementation, while the inorganic strategy remains live with an active pipeline being reviewed.
- Transforming an Australian wealth manager’s strategy: This successful wealth manager had a tactical strategy in place which needed to be reset to accommodate market changes, their own technology/ product development and ultimately to better serve their diverse client base. Bringing external insights and challenge together with a collaborative executive engagement, the Group strategy has been reset and communicated to the market and internal stakeholders
- Mutual Bank distribution strategy: This Top 10 Mutual Bank had the opportunity to reinvest in supporting its members and continue to grow its organic distribution base. A full business case and strategy pack was required to explore all options and recommend a way forward. The Board endorsed the recommended strategy and the first phase has already been implemented
- Bottom line impact – cost out: Supported this listed financial services client in the identification, business case and then realisation of over $2m annual recuring savings
