GROWTH: CUSTOMER, BRAND, GO TO MARKET
SPP has partnered with many organisations to develop actionable strategic growth plans. We have a flexible approach to planning that can be adapted by industry and client to each commercial situation, and we work closely with senior stakeholders to drive the planning team forward to a measurable, successful outcome.
SPP’s growth practice, GSG, brings deep expertise in working with organisations on how to unlock and sustain profitable revenue growth for clients.
As our clients aim to place the customer at the centre of their business, our proven methodology, Return on Customer First (ROCF™) provides a systematic approach to designing and delivering a transformative growth program anchored on winning and sustaining customer preference.
This expertise lies in the most critical point of business impact - the interaction between customer decision making behaviour and brand influence. From there, growth program design and delivery can be focused on profitably winning customer preference and spend on our client’s brands.
This focus on Customer first to grow revenues profitably brings a programmatic approach to delivering a simpler, more energised and effective organisation to win and sustain customer preference.

“We start each day aiming to create top line growth. It’s a positive business. It’s about getting into the real world, interpreting why customers do what they do, and how companies can change to win them over.”
