Swinburne University, a leading higher and vocational education university, wanted to grow revenue out of the industry-training part of the university. Our challenge was to identify the best way for Swinburne to coordinate its go-to-market efforts for direct industry revenue growth, both in the short-term and sustainably into the future.
Using organisational and customer research along with positioning clarity, we worked with the university to develop a winning value proposition that was grounded in actionable items and specified a range of sub-capabilities for the university to build on.
Through our work, Swinburne University has re-organised to more effectively and efficiently capture a bigger slice of the industry training and workforce development market.
